Fermented in neutral oak barrels and stainless steel tanks at low temperature. Some lots were fermented with selected yeasts. The wine was blended just before bottling.

Grapes for this wine were harvested in Becsek, Dorgó-tető and Nyulászó vineyards, all featuring clay and crushed tuff topsoil with a volcanic bedrock.
VINTAGE AND HARVEST
Summer was optimal for berry development, resulting in a balanced ripening process. Gradually decreasing temperatures in September aided the harmonious concentration of fruit. Harvested in several phases, from mid-September through early October.
